Question : I keep receiving the error, An ´Allow all users´ rule and a ´Specific User´ rule can not both be applied to the same folder. How do I fix this error?

By default, the DNS-323 sets user privileges to All Accounts.

Note: First you will want to create the users or groups. Click Here for instructions.

To remove this rule do the following:

Step 1 Log in to the DNS-323 web configuration.

Step 2 Click Advanced and then click Network Access on the left.

Step 3 Click Modify next to the drive you are creating users for.

Step 4 Uncheck All Accounts, select the primary user for the drive, and then click Apply.

Step 5 Now that the main user account has been set for the drive, you can add specific folder permissions for each user you have created for that drive.
