NBD Response (Next Business Day) + 9x5 Call Window
- Service Delivery Schedule - “9x5xNBD” standard business hours,
between 9:00am and 18:00pm local time, Monday through Friday
excluding public holidays
- Phone Screening or Remote Diagnosis - For isolating problem
and facilitating resolution of the covered hardware products
- Door-to-Door Delivery - Delivery up to your reception area if
the specifi ed customer address is a business address.
Shipment of Permanent Replacement Unit
- Replacement Unit is either new or refurbished free of
major cosmetic defects.
- Parcel Shipping & Freight Carrier Bill must be signed and
obtained by you as an acknowledgement receipt of the
replacement unit at the time of delivery
Shipment of Returned Defective Unit
- Defective Unit must be returned and shipped to D-Link within
5 business days in receipt of the replacement unit
- Delay Charges is based on the list price of the defective unit,
if the defective unit is NOT received by D-Link within 10
business days
- Please send your package, including your return unit and
a copy of receipt via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to
ensure a safe and documented delivery to :
